About Sarah

Sarah is a physiotherapist with over 6 years of experience across both the NHS and private practice, helping people recover from injury and stay active in the activities they enjoy.
Alongside her clinical work, she has spent the past 8 years coaching at Gym 1971 Strength & Conditioning in South Wimbledon. This background in strength training and athletic development strongly shapes her approach to rehabilitation.
Sarah has experience working with CrossFit athletes, triathletes, runners, and people who simply want to stay strong, mobile, and active as they age. Her physiotherapy approach combines holistic rehabilitation with practical strength and conditioning principles to build long-term resilience.
She believes rehabilitation shouldn’t mean stopping the activities you enjoy. Instead, Sarah works with patients to adapt and modify training so they can remain engaged with exercise and sport while recovering safely.
